2. About the Blueprint

The Blueprint is a digital product — a structured design-thinking framework created by Jayaprakash. It is delivered as a downloadable digital file and is intended for individual professional and learning use.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within the Blueprint — including the framework structure, methodology, written content, diagrams, and any associated materials — is the intellectual property of Jayaprakash. It is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright law.

Purchasing the Blueprint grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

4. Permitted Use

You may:

• Access and use the Blueprint for your own personal or professional reference.
• Apply the frameworks and methodologies in your own work.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the Blueprint file with any other person or platform.
• Reproduce substantial portions of the content in a public format without written permission.
• Use the Blueprint as the basis for a competing product, course, or framework.
• Remove or obscure any attribution or copyright notices.

5. Access Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a download link for the Blueprint. Access is granted immediately after payment is verified. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us at message.jayaprakash@gmail.com.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes where stated. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Razorpay / Cashfree). We do not store your payment credentials.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund policy is governed by the separate Refund Policy page. Please review it before making a purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Blueprint is provided “as is” for informational and educational purposes. While we have made every effort to ensure the content is accurate and useful, Jayaprakash makes no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the material for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jayaprakash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Blueprint.
