Refund Policy

1. Nature of the Product

The Blueprint is a digital downloadable product — a structured design-thinking framework delivered as a digital file. Because it is an intangible digital resource, there is no physical shipment, and access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

2. No-Refund Policy for Downloaded Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the Blueprint has been accessed or downloaded. We are unable to offer refunds once the file has been delivered and opened.

This policy is consistent with standard practices for digital goods under Indian Consumer Protection guidelines and is required by payment gateway compliance.

3. Exceptions — Technical Access Issues

We do recognise that technical problems can occasionally prevent access. If you experience any of the following, you may be eligible for a refund or re-delivery:

• You were charged but never received a confirmation email or download link.
• The download link was broken or the file was corrupted.
• A duplicate payment was charged for the same order.

To raise a technical issue, please write to us at message.jayaprakash@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Include your order ID and a brief description of the problem.

4. Refund Request Timeline

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase. Requests received after this window will not be entertained, except in cases of verified payment gateway errors.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

5. Payment Disputes

If you have raised a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card provider before contacting us, we may be unable to process a direct refund simultaneously. We encourage you to reach out to us first — most issues can be resolved quickly without a formal dispute.
